| I gave the details of my requests to the young man and answered his questions. He accurately assessed my problem and quoted a fair and reasonable price. He did not charge a separate trip charge, but instead offered a flat rate to change my thermostat and installing a new programmable thermostat. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not work to beat the clock, but instead, he walked me through the programming process and then he actually programmed the thermostat to meet my particular needs.
I plan to sign a yearly contract with him to check my heat/air system. Good Job!! |
