| Mike did a very thorough inspection. After the inspection he walked me through what he found and explained it in a way I could understand. He could have easily overlooked some things because they met code but that were substandard building practices that he knew I would have problems with in the future. The report came quickly and was very detailed. The pictures were great to have so that I could refer to them in explaining the findings to the seller. I would definitely recommend Affordable Home Inspections to anyone thinking of buying or selling their home. I was highly impressed with the service and would use them again in the future. |
